Lt Governor Anil Baijal too made it clear that he would retain control of the Services department unless the regular bench of the Supreme Court rules on the 2015 notification of the Ministry of Home Affairs (MHA) that authorised him to decide on transfers and postings of bureaucrats in the Delhi government.
