Kasab mother coming: Pranab
External Affairs Minister Pranab Mukherjee to day said that the mother of Ajmal Amir Kasab, the gunman captured during the 26/11 terror attacks, would be coming to Mumbai to meet her son during the trial, scheduled to begin tomorrow in a special court inside the Arthur Road Jail.
Campaigning in home constituency Jangipur in West Bengal’s Murshidabad district, Mukherjee, responding to questions from reporters that Pakistan had raised the issue of two identical DNA sets in documents submitted by India and wanted more evidence, said: “I just now had a discussion with our Foreign Secretary. If Pakistan wants more documents and proof, we are ready to provide that. But the issue should be resolved without further delay. Pakistan is delaying investigations on some pretext or the other.
It should not delay investigations on this issue and that, on this clarification and that.” “The fact of the matter is that so many people were killed in the terror attack in Mumbai.

My Goodness !! Do you think Kasab deserves even the slightest bit of sympathy ? Did he have sympathy on those innocent men and women on which he fired at brutally ?
Firstly,the Indian Govt shouldnt entertain Kasab by either giving him an Advocate or by asking his mom to come to India.Secondly he should be hanged publicly and after he dies there his dead body should be pelted with stones.He performed a heinous act of crime for which he deserves THE WORST.

Our courts are slow, obssessed with probity and human rights. For terrorists like Kasab , there should be special courts with special powers which can eliminate the 'babudom' speed breakers,and fast-track the trial to give speedy examplary punishment . Kasab is a' prisoner of war' who committed mass murder in a mini invasion.
He should be tried by a miltary General Court Martial ? If he is tried like any other murderer , the case will linger on for years -Abu Salem's trial has been perpetuated for years . And sure enough even the media has lost sight of the Salem trial .Let Kasab's case not follow the same fate- lest a killer of so many gets forgotten in legal wrangles !
