And while risks stemming from a high debt burden and weak debt affordability remain, Moody's expects that the economic environment willallowforagradualreduction of the general government fiscal deficit over the next few years, preventingfurtherdeterioration of the sovereign credit profile,” the credit rating agency said. Of the three big rating agencies, Standard & Poor’s and now Moody’s, have a stable sovereign rating outlook.
