Under Industrial Plot Sub-Division Policy, you can soon easily divide plots for family, joint ventures, or co-developers. Now soon Self-Certify your Building Plans and Stability Certificate through empaneled architects and civil engineers. Now soon Self-Certify your Fire NOC through empaneled architects. Except for hazardous industries, Fire NOCs will remain valid for 3 to 5 years. World-Class Infrastructure in 52 Industrial Focal Points through ₹300 Cr upgradation by November 2025.
